Meet The 2023-2024 Presidency
Savannah Blomquist
PRESIDENT
Hello friends, I’m Savannah Blomquist! I am so excited to be your MSP President this year. I work full time in marketing and research for an events company, which means that I officially know how to party! My husband, Jayce, will be a 2nd year at RVU. We are high school sweethearts and have been married for five years! We have a little boy named Liam who is turning 2 soon. Liam is a constant ball of energy that keeps us on our toes 24/7. We have two dogs: Jax and Mila who are the cutest husky mixes you’ll ever see. Because my husband and I are from Montana, we love hiking, camping, boating, basically anything outside, which has made living in St. George super fun! I am very passionate about making MSP a helpful community for all of the significant others at RVU.
Isabella Collins
VICE PRESIDENT
I’m Isabella Collins and I’m so excited to be your 2023-2024 vice president! My husband is starting his second year, and is currently serving in the Air Force. We met on a blind date in 2019 and then got married during COVID in 2020. We have a cute Maltese yorkie named Winston. Some things about me are I love reading, shopping, traveling, camping, hiking, hosting parties, and hanging out with our friends. I’m so excited to get to know all of you and make fun memories together during this crazy medical school journey!
Taylor Steed
SECRETARY
Hey MSP fam! I’m Taylor Steed, your secretary this year. My husband is a second year student for the 2023-24 school year. My husband, Logan and I both grew up in small towns in southern Utah. He grew up in Marysvale and I grew up in Panguitch. I'd be impressed if you knew where both of these towns are. We met in high school, our schools were rivals and only 45 minutes from each other. We have been married for five years and have a cute 1 year-old girl, Addilyn, who has a big personality, lots of energy, and a lot of hair. To say she is our whole world is an understatement. I graduated from SUU with my bachelors in Elementary Education. I was able to teach 2nd grade in Cedar City for two years before moving to St. George, now I get to be a stay at home mom. I love playing sports, baking, being a mom, and spending time with family. I look forward to getting to know all of you and enjoying all the activities and memories that we will make together this coming year!
Whitney Robins
ACTIVITIES CHAIR
Hi I’m Whitney Robins and I’m so excited to be apart of the MSP presidency as the Activities Chair this year! Me and my husband just got married in June 2023! We are just starting our second year in medical school! Me and Cameron met on a canyoneering trip in June 2022 and our first date was summiting Mount Nebo! Hiking is my second love right behind Cameron! So calling all my hiking/canyoneering/rock climbing girlies, let’s be besties all year long! My relationship with Cameron has been mostly in medical school so it’s been fun navigating a new relationship with a new journey for both of us! We really fell in love through medical school so if we can make it through you all can too! I graduated from UVU in hospitality management with a minor in event planning in 2020, so event planning is my favorite thing! I am so excited to plan fun activities for you all and get to know you all!
Allison Abraham
TREASURER
Hi! My name is Allison, and I’m so excited to be a part of the MSP presidency this year as treasurer. I’ve been married for 5 years, and have the cutest mini golden-doodle named Jack! I’m originally from Boise, Idaho and have loved living in the Southern Utah area. I work remotely as a property management account and love it. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball, baking, playing games, and reading. I can’t wait to get to know you!!
Callie King-Stevens
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Hello friends. My name is Callie King-Stevens and I am excited to be your MSP social media coordinator. I love pine trees, herbal teas, and bumblebees, though not necessarily in that order. I graduated from SUU in 2022 with a degree in English and media studies. While my husband, Parker, studies all day I sit nearby working as a content writer for a marketing agency. I love to romanticize life by curling up in fluffy blankets, drinking tea, and reading or writing while listening to music that makes me feel like I'm in an indie movie. I also love wasting hours on social media, watching TV, and getting outside for a hike or walk through the neighborhood. I will become friends with anyone who offers to make and eat baked goods with me.
